Are you passionate about oncological research and information and communication technology (ICT)? Do you have a PhD or MSc degree and preferably experience with Zenya? Then we are looking for you!

About the position

We offer a dual position for setting up and maintaining an ICT infrastructure for an Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMP) project on the one hand and quality policies for oncological studies at the hematology/oncology department of the UMC Utrecht on the other.

DARE-NL, a new national platform for oncological cell and gene therapy, or ATMPs, will be a (partly) virtual infrastructure for harmonizing oncological ATMP development in the Netherlands. The aim is to make more ATMPs available to cancer patients faster. All Dutch institutes that conduct ATMP research are affiliated with DARE-NL. As an infrastructure and quality expert, together with the project team you are responsible for the design and implementation of an infrastructure for document, data and knowledge exchange according to FAIR and GDP principles. You will be working with Infoland's Zenya software. An education program and several knowledge exchange platforms will be realized, as well as a dialogue with ATMP, WSN and HOVON working groups and the Regulatory Science Network Netherlands. Managing a project website is also part of the tasks, as well as participating in the implementation of a centralized valorisation platform and business model with the help of Oncode Institute.

In addition to the DARE-NL project, you are co-responsible for developing, directing and monitoring the quality policy of the research team in the field of care processes and quality and safety aspects (including JCI and EBMT accreditation). You develop research guidelines (for example in the context of JACIE accreditation) and translate this into department policy. You prepare and coordinate external inspections, audits and accreditation visits. You are also the point of contact for legal affairs for the research team and quality ambassador towards the collaborating hospitals.
